2009 WILL BE MEGA FOR PROPERTY INVESTORS…
July 12, 2009 1:35 pm UncategorizedProbably for the first time ever ANYONE, no matter their background, no matter their knowledge, no matter their credit rating, no matter their location, no matter how much cash they have, ANYONE can achieve massive things in property in 2009.
Massive things that could potentially secure their family for life.
ANYONE, with professionalism and positivity can build their cashflow positive portfolio using Power of Attorney and Lease Options, alongside this, ANYONE can source and negotiate amazing Below Mortgageable Value deals for other investors to buy, earning superb Finders Fees or developing Joint Ventures along the way.
Of course if you are a prime borrower with a small portfolio then
most lenders are open to you and you can build a portfolio of 10
or 12 cashflow positive properties easily in your spare time.
What incredible times these are.
Gone are the days of us being accused of “Targeting vulnerable
homeowners”, we never did this anyway. Yes we still offer
complete support, free advice and help along the way, there is
such Joy in giving back.
Things changed in 2008 however, “Targeting Vulnerable
Homeowners” no longer really applies. Every property and every
person who needs to sell, rent or move has become a potential
client that we can support, help tremendously with a property
we can profit from.
They have almost no one else to turn too, banks and lenders
shut the doors to them, estate agents in most cases, cannot
live up to expectations. Drowning in debt or desperation, who
can they turn to, but Property Professionals, Positive Property
Professionals.
What do you need to win? What else apart from Professionalism
and Positivity? Just 2 more things actually, a dream and a
massive learning curve.
We all know that we won’t grow or get paid for watching
Coronation Street or Eastenders on the EIR (Electronic Income
Reducer). Instead let’s commit to learning 2 hours a day on
Parmdeep Vadesha’s community (tycoons-forum.com) and other
thriving property forums.
Make an effort to dress up and attend 1 Property event each
week. Surround yourself with Positive Property Professionals,
check this magazine for an events diary and plan your own diary
around these, rather than vice versa.
Read a couple of self-improvement and property books or
manuals every month.
Enjoy books like, “Feel the Fear and Do it Anyway”, “The Magic
of Thinking Big”, ”How to Make Cash in a Property Market
Crash”, “Making Friends”, “Skill with People”, “The Secret”, and
of course “Think and Grow Rich”.
Absorbing this information will not just change your attitude, it
will also change your bank balance long term.
You see the “ANYONE” I mentioned earlier is actually YOU.
Yes, not your friend or your neighbour, actually YOU.
This is your time to shine and to achieve.
There are no excuses left in 2009, YOU can do it.
The property investor community is extremely creative, inspiring and very, very supportive. No one within this community will discourage you, no one will try to steal
your dream, these are the people you need
to listen to and associate with.
Let some of Simon’s Zutshi’s property
magic rub off on you.
Let Vanish Patel’s vision and marketing
genius inspire you.
Know once and for all that you are
absolutely in the right business when you experience t
he humility and infectious positivity of Rhett Lewis.
Laugh with Jim Haliburton as he teaches you with his
very dry humour.
Realise what true integrity is about when you spend time with
Richard Shepherd.
Feel the warmth and compassion from Sylvia and Juswant Rai.
Learn amazing strategies from Glenn Armstrong; although
much sounds so fantastic it is like a fairy story, yet this
is real life!
Model the total professionalism and poise of long term property
expert Ranjan Bhattacharya.
Be naive and trusting when you are learning in this environment,
develop and grow like a wide eyed child, change your bedtime
reading/ viewing, your dreams can come true, beginning now.
I look forward to shaking your hand at Berkshire Property Meet
or a similar property event.I look forward to hearing of your fun
and exciting adventures in property.
Or, of course you could follow the crowd and wait until property
becomes fashionable again. You may rationalise when you hear
your friends say in the pub, tired after another week at the
grindstone “If only I bought houses back then, I had a chance in
2009, I would be a multi-millionaire now. If only. If only.
Now is the time, YOU can make 2009 MEGA for YOU.
In total support,
Phil (I’ve got a friend) Martin
